• 1970-74 - production of shorts and slideshows in the workshops of Danmarks Radio (the Danish national broadcasting corporation) and the Film Institute in Copenhagen.
• 1979 - graduated from Denmark's School of Journalism in Århus, specialising
  in TV production.
  
• 1979-1999 - built up AV unit in Novo Nordisk's Communications Department, initially with 12-projector slideshows and later with film production.
• 2000 - with the splitting up of the Novo Nordisk Group, transferred the entire film production unit to the service company Novo Nordisk IT A/S, thus creating FilmSolutions.
• 2009 - FilmSolutions return to Novo Nordisk A/S as a department within Corporate Communications.

“I like working on both the creative and practical sides of a production. In the close teamwork with the creative people, I use my feeling for combining the visual impression with the content.
For me, planning a production is a big jigsaw puzzle, with the pieces changing shape all the time and having to be moved around to get the best possible result at all levels – and it never stops until the last piece is slotted in. I like being an all-rounder and I love the feeling of intense teamwork inherent in making a film.”

• 1997 - 2001 Free-lance producer, production manager and visual director in film- and television production companies, producing programs for national TV-stations in Denmark.
